1. If the original warranty has expired at the time of purchase:

After purchasing the extended warranty, there will be a 30-day waiting period. Under normal circumstances, the extended warranty can only be purchased within the original warranty period. If your product’s warranty has already expired, we can still provide extended warranty service; however, if the product develops a problem during this waiting period, repair costs will apply, and the extended warranty will only take effect after 30 days.

2. If, at the time of purchase, there is less than one year remaining before the product reaches the 5-year limit, the customer must still purchase a 1-year extended warranty. LG does not offer prorated pricing.

3. The terms of the extended warranty are the same as the original warranty, and damage not caused by natural circumstances is not covered.

4. The extended warranty is only applicable to Hong Kong official products.

5. If, during the extended warranty period, the product cannot be repaired due to discontinued parts, LG will provide a similar model for replacement, with the final decision on the model made by LG.

6. Purchased extended warranty services cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. The extended warranty service is not applicable to all products. For products eligible for extended warranty service, please refer to the LG official website.
